Good afternoon. I will be running through the PPL program for a second time soon. In the Prep Video Joe mentioned that most of the time he recommends staying at 0 RIR. Would it then be recommended to start at week 3 and continue from there since all is 0 RIR or start completely over at week 1 and change the RIR to 0 with its more volume in tact? Thanks in advance for your thoughts.
