    Because of work requirements,lifestyle,family commitments.Every 3rd week I have to train 5 consecutive days (ex Friday,Saturday,Sunday,Monday, Tuesday)as opposed to the previous 2 weeks when 3 training session are spread out over 7 days.Should or would you recommend and changes to the program given these circumstances?Especially as the program builds towards week 6.I have run it week 3 Friday (push)Saturday (pull)Sunday (L)Monday(push)Tue(pull).As a seasoned lifter recovery can be a challenge any input would be greatly appreciated?The new app is great and thanks Joe and Bryce for all u do !
