    Hey guys, wondering besides the obvious shift in possible 6days/week and A and B workouts for some change. What’s it come down to as the difference? It seems that ppl2.0 sticks with straight sets throughout the program and ppl has some varying rep ranges per exercise (almost reverse pyramid).

    Just wondering with that difference, what’s the reason I’d choose one over the other? (Ss vs rp)

    Thanks Bryce. I’m a couple days in on 2.0. I keep forgetting to go to a 2-3rir. It’s engrained in me to go to failure. Going to be detrimental?
