Is there some potential benefit to upper lower program over ppl because of the overall more rest days when runnin ppl 2x per week. Many people say you are wasting your time training more than 5 days a week, is there any merit to that? I prefer ppl having 1 or 2 rest days in the week and taking extra day off when I feel like it.
Recently have run upper lower program since I have done ppl my whole training age. Doing supersets is fun and difficult but at the same time it limits my performance little bit.
I love ppl but Im concerned if its worse compared to something else with either higher frequency or more overall rest days.
