I just strated PPL program and l want to customise it as upper body focused 5x program, so thinking of doing PPL-OFF-PP-OFF-Repeat
My question is,
Can I do Push Pull session twice in a week or it is too much volume? For example, there are 9 sets prescribed for pecs (3 sets of 3 exercises) in a push session and if I repeat it twice in a week then I will do 18 sets for pecs in a week.
