I’m a new member and I’m looking at doing the PPL2.0 program but looking through it I’ve seen a few pieces of equipment that my gym doesn’t have.
I don’t have wider cables with variable height settings or a chest supported T bar row.
What would you recommend I do for any exercises that I run into where I don’t have the exact machine / set up for?
