On Lower B of PPL2.0, the second exercise listed is 45* extensions. I haven’t invested in this equipment yet. Last week I subbed it out for seated leg curls. Then of course following is another 3 sets of seated leg curls as written in the program. Is this my best option or should I do lying leg curls and then seated leg curls to very the stimulus a bit? It’s a minor thing, but curious what the best solution would be.
