I am just finishing up PPL 2.0 and have enjoyed the program. I was thinking about trying the powerbuilding program but noticed it was only a 5 day split is there any way I could make it into a 6 day split?
Can simply do the next weeks workout on the following day. Lets say week 1 is done by friday just do week 2 on Saturday and continue from there.
