Hi! For the next two months I have a very stress free period (almost vacation mode). I would like to do two sessions a day as Joe have experience with previously. How would you guys advice me do this, based on the PPL2 program here? Would for instance this work for pull days: AM: the 3 back exercises, PM: 1 exercise for rear delts and 2 exercises for biceps? Same setup for push days and leg days.
The sessions will be short, but the quality would be high (one of the potential benefits of splitting it up like this).
Perfect, thanks for taking time Bryce. Recovery and nutrition will be taken care of (as it always should be) but I am more new to how one would split up the sessions. It makes sense to do the heavier lifts first. I like your PPL2 split, would something like this make sense also(attached pictures, AM and PM – push day as an example)?
