Hey guys I’m currently cutting and I always train first up in the morning I feel fine training with just a coffee and 10-14g of aminos in my system but I’m wonder is it better to have a shake of fast carbs such as hbcd and aminos say 40/30 before during my workout or am I better off allotting those calories to meals throughout the day as I’m in a deficit? Long story short how much benefits would I get from the shake in terms of performance to take those calories away from meals?
