Hi guys,
So I like to keep my highest carb meal pre bed, and fat/pro in the morning. I’ve got an intolerance to sweeteners which now means I can’t use any flavoured whey or sweeteners to make my oats taste nice.
I was wondering is it better to keep these as complex carbs in the evening or does it not really matter.

Arguably an insulin spike before bed is a good thing. But more importantly, what you’ll adhere to consistently is the most important. Short answer: no, it doesn’t have to be a complex carb.
