I want to know your aproach on periodization on prep, about 12 weeks out.
I strongly believe we must train as HARD and as HEAVY as posible, even lower rep ranges even at 2-3 weeks out.
There are some other “gurus” they say that is no time for doing that bc there is no food and is risky for injury.
Things like: “we must do tons of reps in leg extensions to get detail.
