    Hey Joe!
    I asked this in a comment on a video but i thought here would be a better place to ask.
    When doing pre-exhaust exercises, and then a strength compound movement after for the same muscle (for example single arm tricep pushdown and then swiss bar press), even though you may not be able to lift as much on the big movement, do you believe there will be a similar Hypertrophy and strength response as opposed to doing the big strength movement first?
    In other words, if i switched up the order like this for a long period of time, starting with a pre exhaust to feel the muscle possibly better, and then going back to a strength exercise first, would my strength be negatively or positively affected?
