    Hello folks,

    I’m currently on a diet and have calculated the calories using the app. what do you do on training days – do you give the intra / post workout shake calories for the day in addition to the calories or do you Delete a meal?

    example on day: 4 meals 1 intra 1 pwo – 2050kcal

    example off day: 5 meals 2050 kcal

    Or you do:

    example on day: 5 meals 1 intra 1 pwo – 2300kcal

    example off day: 5 meals 2050 kcal

    ??

    Hi SebastianI’m not Joe neither Bryce but, IMHO, you must consider you peri wo nutrition into the total amount of kcal you should consume each day. If you have to consume 2050 kcal, this amount should include the intra and post wo shake.My 0.02Vale

    I have done it the way you say it so far, just thought maybe because of the training and the increased turnover that I am wrong and that it also adds up on the days – so everything is done right and i continue with 2050 kcal every day!
