I’m currently on a diet and have calculated the calories using the app. what do you do on training days – do you give the intra / post workout shake calories for the day in addition to the calories or do you Delete a meal?
example on day: 4 meals 1 intra 1 pwo – 2050kcal
example off day: 5 meals 2050 kcal
Or you do:
example on day: 5 meals 1 intra 1 pwo – 2300kcal
example off day: 5 meals 2050 kcal
??
