    Coach,
    (Intermediate lifter, 31y/o, Tissue gain goal at lean 208 lbs)

    Current set up is a 4 am wake-up
    PRE-2 oz (18p) cooked chicken and 1 serving (35c) white rice and 8 (6f) almonds 1 hour prior to training
    INTRA-4 oz cranberry /8 oz OJ (36c) with aminos during
    Immediate POST-4oz cooked chicken (34p) and serving and a half of white rice (50c)

    All macros fit into the calculator provided on the app. Any suggestions/changes would be app

    Thanks Bryce.

    No bloating at all and/or sense of tiredness. After adding the juices it definitely aided in a pump and energy levels. Pre-meal meat is always chicken and/or a light white fish and post is chicken and maybe some top sirloin.

    Not a coach here but I am a coach in my own business, one thing I would change is having the least amount of fats before during and after your workouts. So with your pre, I would take out the almonds. Fat slows down digestion some and since you have no prior meals for the day due to waking up so early, I would suggest to keep it as fat free as possible.
