Is it ok for me to use pre workout almost every day?
I love pre workout. For me it’s like running shoes. I don’t necessarily need it for a good session, but it sure makes me perform better. I usually use it every day except on rest days (6 times per week). Sometimes with little to moderate stimulants (0-300mg of caffeine) and 1-2 times I use one with 400mg of caffeine.
Is this ok to do or not?
