    I train relatively early in the day around 10 am and get one meal in before i train. I make sure my last 2 meals the day before are higher in Carbohydrates. I eat 2 cups or jasmine rice and 5 ounces of chicken breast before i train. Is the amount of rice i’m eating pre workout too much?
