Coaches,
This past week my work schedule changed drastically. I went from being able to eat solid/balanced meals evenly throughout the day and working out in the early afternoon to having to workout early in the morning (5-6 am) with little time to really get a “normal” pre-workout meal, and little time to reallt digest whatever I eat before working out. Any recommendations for this? Before, I used to eat 60+g of carbs and 45+g of protein, which seemed to be enough to fuel me for a good, demaning workout.
