Hey Joe, so I went through the videos and have decided to go with the feel, when I think i need or not. However I am a bit confused within these 4 choices of Pre workout available to me. Attaching their composition pics below. Can u give an honest opinion about which one of them is good and which is shite as I totally don’t have idea about these components . Also apart from them, other option I can consider are caffeine tablets(200mg).
