I think i may have found why i feel so weak in upper sessions
See,for pre i have 70g oats,22g dark chocolate,200g greek yogurt with 2000mg fish oil
I train about an hour and 15 minutes after this meal which is my breakfast too
It doesn’t sit on the stomach at all but still it has a lot of fat(18g) which i think may delay the carbohydrate absorption causing me to feel weak during the session
Do you think i should swap with something like jam,whole wheat bread and whey which i have available(would this be a good pre)
