I noticed you use a special bench for the preacher curl that is at a steeper angle the most. I can see this makes it a much different movement and a lot more stress on the bicep.

    2 part question-

    1.
Is there a way to mimic that angle using an incline bench or standing against a wall at an angle

    2.
Is there no equal to the preacher curl as meat and potato movement? All other bicep movements obviously lack the bracing

Yes, you can use an incline bench, or put something under the back “legs” of a preacher bench to make it steeper. Machine preachers are another fine option. And using a wall or arm blaster can create bracing, but can not align well, depending on individual structure

Interesting that you back the arm blasters. Guess I always thought of that as way to much of a bro tool..

But I guess it does add bracing to curl variation so is a better option then freeweight
