On a push day (chest, delts, tris), if you were doing chained Swiss bench, where would you prefer to place those in sequence of exercises?
MT exercises right now are: Incline Reverse Bench Cable Fly Seated Press Chain Swiss bench Cross cable extension
No particular reason other than seeing what different preferences people have, or if there is a “better” placement of a movement like that.
