Hi Joe, quick question for you. I’ve noticed that my pressing strength has stalled and in some cases started to backslide over the last few weeks. I’ve never been a particularly strong presser but I’ve usually been able to make fairly steady progress. I dropped pressing volume a few weeks back (from 3x presses to 2x presses per push day) and that didn’t seem to do much. I would say I’m an intermediate lifter (4-5 years of training, 3 plate bench/190lb military press). Any advice? Much appreciated!
