Are eggs bad preworkout about 1-2 hours before because of the fat, or are they fine.
Nope, thats plenty to time digest. If you HAVE to train like 45mins-1h after eating itd probably be better to avoid fats, but 1-2 is great (all depends on your body, how it reacts to the food, etc). Pay attention to your biofeedback👍
