    Hi Joe,

I’ve noticed I’m seeing a lot more of the prime fitness equipment being used by some of the top coaches in the industry. I’ve seen their stuff in your videos, as well as Jordan Peters and Matt Jansen.

Do you think their handles/bars are a worthy investment? I saw online they have a bundle that includes their t bar attachment, the long and short bar for the cable machines, and the handles all together. I just recently tried using the MAG grip bars for the first time, and while I really like those I did want free handles I can attach to cable machines as well as a t bar row setup. I don’t mind investing a few hundred dollars especially if it’s for something that’s great quality. Let me know your opinion thank you!

Thanks for your honest feedback guys! It’s good to know the pros and cons of that equipment line. I’ve used the handles before, and I’ve experienced similar issues to what Bryce mentioned regarding the linkage length and it causing the machine to bottom out for taller athletes. I was actually looking on Amazon and saw they made quick attach collars that you can put on a landmine, I was thinking of just attaching our medium width mag grip bar to that for t bar rows, not sure how it would feel. I definitely did like the feel of the prime handles, so I may end up ordering a pair. I’ll also look into the d handles that Bryce mentioned earlier. Thanks again y’all 💪
