You have in your gym the prime prodigy selectorized rack, would you suggest that or the plate loaded version?
In general the plate loaded version is cheaper.
And you can adjust the ratio from 1:2 to 1:4 with just moving a weight pin, is that beneficial or necessary for a Strenght Athlet?
On the other hand the selectorized version has a smaller foot print and you can to quicker super sets and things
I would like to use it the same way as you guys do for lateral raises and light stuff as well as pull downs and heavy things.
Any recommendations?
