Priorities

    Hey Coach Iā€™m currently running a half body + PPL but on my Push day, what are your thoughts with starting with shoulders, and then on my pull day starting with biceps?
    By chest and back are pretty well developed but my arms and shoulders are weaker points. Specifically my front delts šŸ™
