    Iv decided to prioritise muscles such as shoulders (side delt mostly), arms and lats. My questuon is from yiur experience what is least amount of work needed to maintain mass in other areas such as my chest. E.g. would 1 to 2 hard sets of pressing be sufficient to maintain that muscle or is it extremely individual specific
