Hey coaches! Just a quick question about my training split. So first of all, I’ve been working out seriously for around 18 months. Do you think this is too early to start bodypart-specific training, such as a dedicated arm or back day? And on the same note, if i start a specific day for a body part, for how long do you guys keep in an “arm day” in your split? For like 6 months? A year? Thank you!
