    During a training block, do you usually recommend to always have a priority body part?
    In my mind I just want to grow everything but do you see better results when you have a bigger focus on a body part each block and then maintain that body part while prioritizing a different one in the next block?
    I feel like I can’t recover very well when I go balls to the wall on everything which I’m sure is very individualized. Thank you!
