Problem with free weight squats

    I’m not a bit guy, I’m at 65kg at the moment and my working top sets of heel evolved barbel back squats are at 85kg. The issue I’m finding is my bracing and lower back are going before my quads. I find my quads have way more juice in the them but my core is going first. I thought that maybe a weightlifting belt could help. Any thoughts ?
