    When doing a dumbbell bench press and your down to your last couple sets of that exercise and with your next to last set you can get 10 good reps with 80lb dumbbells but the next weight dumbbells are 85s and you could only maybe get 5-6 good reps because 82.5lbers aren’t available. Would I be better off finishing that last set with the 80s again knowing I could get at least 8-10 quality reps or should I just hit the 85s with the 5-6 rep range.
