I’ve been training full time for 10 years, I own a Physical Therapy/Training facility with my wife. We have 3 Therapists and 3 Trainers.

I have a degree in exercise science, tons of certs over the years.

I know my shit, but don’t know shit at the same time. Where do you personally draw the line on continuing education?

I’ve spent way to much money recently (last 5 years)on courses such as FMS (every course including SFMA), FRC, N1, Pain Free Performance Specialist, and I just purchased McGills back spine courses. I’m already thinking about RTS.

I don’t give a shit about the papers, I apply everything to some degree within all of my programs from all the courses.

How do you regulate your professional development?

Thanks Joe, I appericate the feedback. I love learning, it’s something I look foward to every time. And yes I have kids…4 of them under 7. Straight chaos, but I wouldn’t have it any other way.
