Hey Joe, for the leg extension machine, in an ideal world would you want the shortened or the mid to lengthened range be overloaded? I know the concept of mainly training in that mid/lengthened position is ideal but I’ve also heard from other nerds that for the leg extension specifically, you won’t to overload the top(short) position and deload the bottom to mid because at the bottom your knee joint isn’t very stable.
