    If I’m not feeling challenged enough with a program is it okay to change it a few weeks in?

    thank you so much Joe! I’m doing push pull lower currently. My biggest problem is I just want more days on than off. I’m entering week four so I guess I should just stick it out since it get a little harder. You gave me some thing stuff to think about.
