    Hey guys. I want to focus on bringing my upper body up. I’m torn between wanting to do PPL 2.0 or Terrance current program. I think my sweet spot for training is 4 days a week but I like the upper body frequency of Terrence’s. Could I run that but don’t do the extra arm work?
