Hi, I’ve been running a PPL hybrid program for 16 weeks or so and made good strength/body progress. I Have only tweaked a few exercise selections and played with volume slightly adding some drop sets and intensifiers along the way. However I’ve hit a point on some exercises I feel like my form isn’t quite as solid on those heavy sets. Would u recommend a program switch, recovery phase, exercise selection switch, or backing off on weight and cleaning up the form even if it’s a reduction on weight and progress? I feel slightly more fatigued as these sets have gotten heavy even with the volume staying consistent. Your help is greatly appreciated.
