I’m currently in week 6 of PPL program that works very well with the number of days I can train.I plan on continuing the program for several more weeks (4)per Joe and Bryce on milking it for all its worth.My question becomes is there another program you would recommend given the parameters of 3 training days in a 7 day period?I assume a 7 day training block is not essential however that fits neatly in my mind.I would greatly appreciate your opinion.Thank you!
