I Did 10 weeks of a modified Push/ Pull /Legs program.
I Was still making progress on most exercises but decided to start the program over, replacing some of the meat and potatoes exercises. Was this a bad choice for optimal Hypertrophy or is changing some after 10 weeks an ok idea? I kept the same weekly format and structure of the workouts,I just replaced a few things. My main concern after 10 weeks was that I would start chasing numbers and sacrificing form to keep improving. Thanks for the help.
