    Hello,my name is Beniamino and i’m 27 from Italy.
    Have been training for a few years and would like a 5 day training program with a split involving muscles 2 times a week
    In the summer I ride a bike 1/2 times a week, so legs would be fine even 1 time a week
    What programs would you recommend?

    I would go with any for Terrence and My programs. They all train upper body 2 times per week and legs once. Or the Half Body program if you want a more β€œeven” split. Welcome to the app! Glad to have you! πŸ‘ŠπŸ™
