I just qualified for Nationals and need to choose a program that will work for this goal. Im currently Figure Masters 35+ and need to work on my legs and glutes. Which plan would be best for this and is it possible to combine routines? I was going to the flamingo one and another one to make it work but wanted your feed back.
I’m also including additional pictures for insight. I don’t have a coach yet but planning on trying to get that situated. This was on Thurs before my show (on Saturday) and now I’ve had several rest days and all the tasty food I craved. Now I’m refocusing on my plan. I know that I need a caloric surplus and have a meal plan that works for that but just need guidance on putting on the muscle.
There are 6 workouts listed on the ppl Löwer program , can I combine the days? I’m currently coming off a 6 day routine, but I’m unsure how how to consolidate the ppl and the additional shoulder /posterior chain workout.
