Hey team,
Just a quick question. I would love to run Joe’s programs and after every 6 weeks do a 2 week ‚mini cut’ while doing the recovery program.
Goal would be to have a bigger surplus during the 6 weeks, to optimize my rebound and gains, and then recover for 2 weeks and cut to keep the fat gain/ insuline sensitivity at bay.
I am aware that a moderate year around gaining phase would be ‚better’, however I get a bloated face as soon as I gain weight.
Im currently finishing up my diet, checkin in at (roughly) 8-10% bf as a kid who just likes to lift weights and live life.
