    Hey guys, I watched the guidance section and come up with this program, what would you improve? I need better legs and like training as much as possible

    Joe’s a programming wiz imo and you can’t go wrong with his program tbh

    I personally wouldn’t do back and legs without having a day off in between. Especially if you deadlift and even more so if you want to bring up your legs
