    Hey coach

    I just wanted to share my workout split and wanted to see your thoughts on it

    Push 1:
    • Cable Y Raise: 3 sets
    • 38* Db Press: 2 sets
    • 20* Smith Press: 3 sets. Last 2 sets are rest pause sets
    I only do 2 chest movements and no fly because of my bicep tendon
    • SA Pushdown: 2 sets
    • 20* Db Skullcrash: 2 sets

    Pull 1:
    • Sldl: 2 sets
    • Mid Back Row: 2 sets
    • Lat Rope Pullover: 2 sets
    • Cable rear delt fly: 3 sets
    • Bicep Curl: 2 sets
    • Incline Cable Hammer Curl: 2 sets

    Push 2:
    • Cable Lateral Raise: 2 sets
    • 38* Db Press: 2 sets
    • 20* Smith Press: 3 sets
    • Machine Lateral Raise: 2 sets
    • SA Pushdown: 3 sets

    Pull 2:
    • Mid Back Row: 2 sets
    • Lat Rope Pullover: 2 sets
    • Smith Row: 2 sets
    • Cable rear delt fly: 2 sets
    • Reverse Pec Deck: 2 sets
    • Bicep Curl: 3 sets

    The difference between the Push/Pull 1 and 2 is that day 1 is more focused on arms and day 2 is more focused on shoulders

    Do you think this is a balanced split?

    I didnt include legs cuz my legs are my strongest body part. I train quads just to maintain them and i train hams twice a week
