I recently finished half body 2.0 and just started PPL 2.0. Is PPL considered a similar program in terms of intensity or overall more volume than the half body 2.0 or are they comparable? I can probably train 4-5 days a week. I’ve been lifting for 25 years now and at 41 strength isn’t increasing much anymore. Sleep isn’t great with a new baby and Have to shorten the rest times to get workouts in as well.
Hey Joe thanks for the response. Good to know that don’t have to always cram 6 workouts in one week for the PPL 2.0. I’ll take longer rest times on the larger compound movements also
