Hi! I’m currently running the push pull lower program and I’m 7 weeks in. Today though, for some reason, all my progress was lost. My workouts are all still in my logbook but when I go to workouts it says 0% completed. It’s not a huge deal since it’s all still logged but just a bit frustrating. Are there any solutions to this or do I have to manually add all the workouts again? Have anyone hade the same issue?
