I’m about to start week 9 of pec augmentation and have been really pleased at seeing my chest gain some size. I’m starting to realize how much my shoulders lack in size and definition and I want to start focusing much more on them, but I’m not sure I want to abandon my current progress in pec aug. Would anyone suggest switching up the plans or adding a shoulder day in, or just sticking it out and start with a delt program in 4 weeks? Thanks in advance!
