Hey joe I just joined a few weeks ago. And I am currently found Terrances 6 week program. But just a couple questions. I made notes on each of the exercises like seat placement and what equipment I’m using from week 1-2 the notes carried over. But now that I’m midway through week 3 non of my notes I’ve made are there anymore so how do I fix this. And my other question is week 3 has backed down to 2sets each exercise but I don’t understand how the first is a 6-8 rep but then the next is 8-12. Are these all automatic drop sets or something else. Thank you Joe I’m definitely enjoying this app a ton.
