What program or adjustment to a program would you recommend if I wanted to put focus on bringing up my quads and chest?

Thank you so much! Is the anti flamingo the only leg specialization program? That one has a day to bias posterior and a day to bias anterior. My glutes and hams don’t need much, my quads are really lagging though

Hey Joe I’m gonna ask here I’m in the same situation. What I did was starting from the pec augmentation program I added a quad day and the “lower day” of the program I made it hams and calf (RDL on back day wasn’t my thing and put it in the hams day with seated leg curl). Now I made my quad day before reading this and I want to edit it but can’t find how, do I have to create it again?

Makes sense! You’re a godsend! I’m an extremely active personal trainer with mediocre recovery capabilities, do you think this would be a good split to start with? And modify from here depending on recovery.

    Hey Leonardo
To edit a workout you have created.

    In the workout program click

Add workout -> My workouts -> 3 dots – Edit

When you save this will update in your plan

Let me know if that helps

    thanks
