I am about to finish my Back Specialisation program.
Now how should I choose the next program
Should I choose another specialisation program and keep doing 12 weeks of specialisation programs throughout the week or should I shift to more push-pull legs kind of stuff.
Id say look at your physique first. Are there any weak points you can notice? Could you say your back now is pretty balanced with your other body parts? If no run the program again, if every body part is balanced run a ppl
